I am an IT professional with 15 years experience working with the DoD and several military branches in Tier I, II, and III roles. Hands-on work with OS, software, and hardware are things I greatly enjoy. I am proficient at Powershell scripting, automation, and GUI construction. I use my writing degree for technical writing SOPs, TTPs, and user guides.I have a BA in English with minors in CIS and Anthropology. I'm into Shakespeare, computers, and ziggurats. I read books voraciously and write fiction in my free time.

My largest PowerShell utility that combines a number of other utilities I'd made previously. PoSh Toast+ allows IT professionals from Tier I, II and III remotely support users. Configured to the proper resources, PoSh Toast+ is capable of expediting troubleshooting, updates, installation, deployments, queries, and Active Directory management.
