IT professional with 15+ years supporting the DoD and multiple military branches across Tier I-III roles. I greatly enjoy hands-on technical work spanning OSs, software, hardware, PowerShell scripting, automation, and GUI development. My skillset enables me to streamline processes and improve efficiency. I also leverage my background in writing to produce clear, effective technical documentation, including SOPs, TTPs, and user guides.I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English with minors in Computer Information Systems and Anthropology. Outside of work, I have interests in literature and ancient cultures. I enjoy reading and writing fiction in my free time.

PoSh Toast+

PoSh Toast+ is my largest PowerShell utility that combines a number of other tools I've made. This GUI allows IT professionals from Tier I, II and III to remotely support users. Configured to the proper resources, PoSh Toast+ is capable of expediting troubleshooting, updates, installation, deployments, queries, and Active Directory management.
